不同酚酸处理对管花肉苁蓉种子发芽的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了缩短管花肉苁蓉种子发芽时间,提高发芽整齐度,分别选用阿魏酸、没食子酸、香草醛、水杨酸分别对管花肉苁蓉种子进行处理,设置105、01、00 mg/L 3个浓度梯度,采用培养皿滤纸法进行管花肉苁蓉种子发芽试验,研究了管花肉苁蓉种子发芽的变化规律。结果表明:4种酚酸处理对管花肉苁蓉种子发芽有明显的影响,这种影响效应与酚酸的浓度及种类有关。阿魏酸处理过的管花肉苁蓉种子发芽率最高(75.33%),水杨酸(70.00%)和香草醛(68.00%)处理过的种子次之,没食子酸(66.00%)最低。 To shorten the time of seed germination of Cistanche to improve germination uniformity.The trial use of ferulic acid,gallic acid,vanillin,salicylic acid seed Cistanche treatment to 10,50,100 mg/L.Petri dish method using test paper seed germination of Cistanche experiment to study the seed germination of Cistanche change.The results showed that the effect of four kinds of acid treatment on seed germination of Cistanche significantly,the effect depend on acid concentration and type.erulic acid-treated seeds Cistanche the highest rate;Salicylic acid and vanillin treated seeds of the second,the lowest gallic acid.
