摘要
吲哚乙酸(IAA)是生长素在自然界的主要存在形式。在园艺植物中具有促进种子萌发、扦插生根和诱导花芽分化等重要生理作用。综述了IAA的生理作用及作用机理,阐述了IAA对园艺植物种子、根、茎、株型等生长发育的影响,以期为IAA在园艺植物快速繁殖及优质栽培上得到更合理的应用提供一定的参考。
Indoleacetic acid（IAA）is the main form of auxin in nature.Promoting the germination of seeds,the radication of cutting plants and inducing the flower buds are its main physiological role in the growth and development of horticultural plants.And the physiological role of the IAA,its operation mechanism and its effect on the growth and development of horticultural seeds,roots,stems,flowers,and fruits were summarized in present paper.
