中日美高校图书馆残疾人读者服务比较研究

Comparative Study on Academic Library Services for the Disabled of China,Japan and America

文章在概述中日美高校图书馆在残疾读者服务方面现状的基础上,对三个国家高校图书馆的政策环境建设、设施设备建设、服务制度建设、服务资源建设进行了对比研究,认为我国高校图书馆与日美高校图书馆相比,残疾人读者服务存在着较大的差距或不足,在具体的实践工作中,除制定更加详尽的政策外,高校图书馆还需转变服务理念,在馆舍设施、辅助设备、馆员素质、服务资源等方面加强建设。

the comparative study on academic library services for the disabled of these three countries is based on the current situation of reader services.It compares with the policy environment,institutions,services system and resources.Finally,we find that academic library of China has bigger gaps for disabled.In the practical works,academic library should change their service concept on every aspect.
