摘要 介绍热水型溴化锂制冷机组的工作原理、特点,概述了该技术在2.7 MPa碳酸丙烯酯脱碳工段中的应用情况。实际运行情况表明:碳酸丙烯酯溶液温度降低了约15℃,脱碳净化气中二氧化碳体积分数由0.8%~1.0%降至0.5%,吨氨碳酸丙烯酯溶液损耗减少约0.2 kg,节能降耗效果显著。 A presentation is given of the operating principle and characteristics of the hot-water type lithium bromide refrigerator, and its application is outlined in the decarbonization section with propene carbonate at 2.7 MPa. Its actual operation shows that the temperature of the propene carbonate solution lowers by about 15℃, the CO2 volume fraction in the purified gas drops from 0.8% - 1.0% to 0.5%, the loss of the solution per ton of ammonia decreases by about 0.2 kg, and the saving in energy and decrease in consumption are considerable.
