摘要
研究以氨合成化学反应平衡曲线、最适宜温度曲线获得最高氨净值为目标,通过优化反应器结构及工艺流程,设计了ⅢJD3500型DN2 500 mm三层四段氨合成塔及配套流程。在原料气中甲烷含量、循环气中甲烷含量均高的实际工况下,该系统产氨能力达900 t/d左右,系统压力≤18 MPa,系统阻力≤1.2 MPa,氨合成塔阻力≤0.5 MPa,出塔气中含氨体积分数达到14%,塔阻力运行指标与设计值基本相符。
Study on ammonia synthesis chemical reaction equilibrium curve and most suitable temperature curve, targeted at obtaining the highest ammonia net value, by means of optimizing convertor structure and process flowsheet, the type ⅢJD3500 ammonia convertor of DN2 500 mm with three layers and four beds, and its correspond process flowsheet are designed. At work conditions of high methane content in both feed gas and recycle gas, the ammonia production capacity of the system reaches about 900 t/d, system pressure ≤18 MPa, system pressure drop ≤1.2 MPa, pressure drop of ammonia synthesis convertor ≤0.5 MPa, volume fraction of ammonia in outlet gas reaches 14% , operation index of convertor pressure drop is basically agree with designed value.
