CaCl2-NaCl混熔盐体系和NaOH-NaCl混熔碱体系与钾长石反应均可以熔出钾离子,然后用水浸取得含钾溶液用于生产钾肥。当采用CaCl2-NaCl混熔盐体系为熔剂、以1#钾长石为原料,CaCl2/NaCl的质量比为1.00时,正交试验得出的钾(以K2 O计)的最佳熔出条件为:反应温度900℃,反应时间1.0 h,混熔盐/钾长石的质量比为0.96,钾长石粒度为0.45~0.90 mm;以2#钾长石为原料,CaCl2/NaCl的质量比为1.50时,钾的最佳熔出条件为:反应温度1 000℃,反应时间0.5 h,混熔盐/钾长石的质量比为3.24,钾长石粒度0.45~0.90 mm。当采用混熔碱体系为熔剂,以2#钾长石为原料时,正交试验得出的最佳反应条件为:反应温度700℃,反应时间4.0 h,钾长石粒度<0.14 mm,NaOH/NaCl的质量比为4.00,混熔碱/钾长石的质量比为4.00。
The CaCl2-NaCl bicomponent fused salt system and the NaOH-NaCl bicomponent fused alkali system react on potash feldspar to melt out potassium ions, which are leached with water to give a potassium eontaining solution, to be used to produee potash fertilizers. When the CaCl2-NaCl bicomponent fused salt is used as the fusing agent, with No. 1 feldspar as the raw material, the mass ratio of NaCl and CaCl2 is 1. 00, the optimum melt-out conditions for potassium (K20) in the orthogonal experiment are: reaetion temperature 900 ℃, reaction time 1. 0 h, mass ratio of the bieomponent fused salt to potash feldspar 0.96, and partiele size of feldspar 0.45 - 0.90 mm. When No. 2 feldspar is used as the raw material and the mass ratio of CaCl2/NaCl is 1.50, then the optimum melt-out conditions are : reaction temperature 1 000 ℃, reaction time 0.5 h, bieomponent fused salt/ potash feldspar mass ratio 3.24, and particle size of feldspar 0.45 - 0.90 mm. When the bicomponent fused alkali system is used as the fusing agent and No. 2 potash feldspar as the raw material, the optimum reaction conditions derived from the orthogonal experiment are: reaction temperature 700 ℃, reaction time 4.0 h, partiele size of feldspar 〈 0.14 mm, mass ratio of NaOH/NaCl 4.00, the mass ratio of bicomponent fused alkali/feldspar is 4.00.
