摘要
针对察尔汗盐湖丰富的钾资源,从结晶的宏观和微观机理、影响结晶的因素、设备的选型、工艺参数的控制等方面对反浮选-冷结晶工艺提取的氯化钾结晶粒度的影响因素进行分析,并提出技术改进的建议。改进后,液体间的分层现象明显改善,氯化钾结晶粒度能控制在有效范围内。
In connection with rich potassium resource of Chaerhan Salt Lake, an analysis is made of influence factors on potassium chloride crystallization particle size, which is produced by reverseflotation and cold-crystallization method, from aspects of macro and micro mechanism of crystallization, influence factor of crystallization, control of process parameters and soon. And propose is given of technical improvement. After revamp, stratification of fluids has improved remarkably and potassium chloride crystallization particle size can be controlled in the expected range.
