摘要
概述了GSP干煤粉气化技术的发展、工艺和特点,介绍了引进该气化技术建成的GSP干煤粉气化装置在试车过程中出现的粉煤密相输送不稳定、点火烧嘴检测不到火焰、水冷壁超温和黑水系统工艺波动大等主要问题。采取相应的整改措施后,单台炉最长运行时间可达到63 h。
The development of GSP pulverized coal gasification technology, its process and features are summarized. And major problems are presented, such as unstable of pulverized coal dense-phase trarnsportation system, failure to detect fire by igniter burner, overheat of water cooling wall and great process fluctuations in soot-water system, that occurred during trial run of GSP dry pulverized coal gasification unit built up based on the GSP gasification technology introduced from abroad. After implementing relevant rectification and reformation measures, the longest running time of a single unit is able to reach 63 h.
