热辊强度的有限元分析与计算

摘要 以TK1101A型热辊通装中的热辊结构作为研究对象,利用有限元分析的方法,对该热辊结构在高温和高转速下的强度进行了深入分析。通过三维数字化建模建立热辊数学模型,导入到ANSYS中,尽量采用六面体网格划分,过渡地方使用四面体网格,从而提高了计算的精度,对整个热辊结构提出科学合理的分析方法。 Model TK1101A hot roller used in universal equipment was taken as an research object,and deep analyses for the strength of hot roller in the condition of high temperature and running at high speed by the method of finite element analysis were conducted.With adopting 3-dimension digital model to make mathematical model for hot roller,and transmitting to ANSYS software,using software tool to mark out hexahedral grids as far as possible,and in transition area to plot out tetrahedron grip,consequently,calculation precision was enhanced,and a scientific and reliable analysis way for hot roller structure was found out.Operator could understand comprehensively the strength and rigidity condition of hot roller.
