改性粘土对橡胶力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 天然橡胶本身具有独特的综合性能,再通过加入改性粘土后得到的橡胶胶料的综合性能更优异。改变改性粘土的含量,测定胶料的力学性能。得出的结论是,粘土含量达10%时胶料的拉断强度、撕裂强度、300%定伸应力和邵尔A硬度等力学性能大幅度提高。 Natural rubber itself has a unique combination of properties,increased by the addition of modified clay comprehensive performance rubber compound.Through change content of modified clay,Test its mechanical properties and the hot air aging performance.The result indicated,The physical mechanical property test indicated that when content in modified clay is 10%,and its tensile strength,tear strength,modulus at 300% and Shore A hardness,increased significantly.It has relatively high thermo-stability and the good heat-resistant air old chemical property.
