静电纺聚砜纤维膜对分散染料的过滤性能研究

Research on filtration property of electrospun polysulfone fiber membrane to disperse dyes

采用静电纺丝法制得聚砜纤维膜,并用其过滤分散艳蓝2BLN染液。研究了静电纺聚砜纤维膜的表面形态、孔隙结构及其对分散艳蓝2BLN的过滤性能。结果表明,静电纺聚砜纤维膜对分散艳蓝2BLN的过滤效率几乎为零。

Polysulfone fiber membranes were preparated by electrospinning which was used to filter suspension liquid of disperse brilliant blue 2BLN. The surface morphology, pore structure and filtration property of electrospun polysulfone fiber membrane were studied. The results showed that filtration efficiency of elelctrospun fiber membrane to disperse brilliant blue 2BLN was almost zero.
