湿热环境训练提高官兵5km武装越野成绩的研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用文献资料法、教学实验法和数理统计法,对军队医学院校学员在湿热环境下进行12 min负重行军训练与常温条件下5 km武装越野训练进行了对比和研究。结果表明,湿热环境下12 min负重行军训练,对提高学员的5 km武装越野成绩,较常温下5 km越野训练明显。摸索出湿热环境下负重行军训练,具有训练周期短、训练时间少、训练安全、训练方便、学员热情高效果好、抗热疲劳能力得以提高、训练方法科学有效等7大优势。 Based on literature review,teaching practice and statistical approach,this study makes comparative investigation into the different performance of military medical university cadets in 12-minute loaded marching drill under damp-heat environment and 5-kilometer cross-country armed exercise under normal temperature circumstances.This study shows that loaded marching drill under damp-heat environment contributes to a better performance in cadets' 5-kilometer cross-country armed exercise than under normal temperature circumstances.This study finds that the loaded marching drill under damp-heat environment has seven advantages: 1) shorter training cycle;2) shorter training time;3) higher training safety;4) more convenience;5) greater enthusiasm and better effect;6) higher anti-fatigue capability;7) more scientific and efficient.
