摘要
目的建立大鼠蛛网膜下腔和硬膜外腔阻滞模型。方法将132只SD大鼠分成蛛网膜下腔阻滞模型组(S组,n=77)和硬膜外腔阻滞模型组(E组,n=55)。S组是将大鼠麻醉后,在背部L3-L4间隙处剪开椎间隙的棘上韧带和棘间韧带后将聚乙烯导管置入蛛网膜下腔。E组是将大鼠麻醉后,分离T13-L1棘突旁肌肉,直视下通过椎间孔将聚乙烯导管通过椎间孔置入硬膜外腔。结果蛛网膜下腔模型组存活率100%,成功率80.5%;硬膜外腔模型组存活率100%,成功率70.9%。结论改进的大鼠蛛网膜下腔阻滞模型及硬膜外腔阻滞模型的制备简便易行,成功率高,创伤小。
Objective To establish subarachnoid anesthesia model and epidural anesthesia model in rat.Methods According to the requirements of experiments,132 rats were divided into two groups: subarachnoid anesthesia model(Group S,n=77),the supraspinal ligament and interspinal ligaments at the L3-4 were separated and cut in rats under pentobarbital sodium anesthesia and caudally inserted a polyethylene catheter.Epidural anesthesia model(Group E,n=55): Muscles were dissected bluntly from the vertebrae at the T13-L1 in rats under pentobarbital sodium anesthesia,Then,intervertebral foramina was exposed and caudally inserted a polyethylene catheter.Results Successful rate of subarachnoid anesthesia model and epidural anesthesia model were respectively 70.9%and 80.5%.In the two models,The survive rate was 100%.Conclusion Improved technique of ubarachnoid and epidural catheterization in rat has advantages which simple,higher rate of success and less wouded.
