摘要
金融行业上市公司高管薪酬问题一直是社会关注的焦点。目前,金融行业上市公司高管薪酬存在显著的效率与公平问题,主要表现为高管薪酬与业绩缺乏相关性,以及高管薪酬水平差距过大。金融行业上市公司高管薪酬问题表面来看是一个管理问题和经济问题,但究其深层次原因则是一个社会政治问题。剖析和解决这些问题需要进行顶层设计,兼顾公平和效率,注重社会公平。
Executive compensation of listed financial company has always been the focus of social attention. Currently, there are controversial issues concerning fairness and efficiency when it comes to executive compensation of listed financial company, such as the irrelevance of compensation and performance, and the huge gap between different levels of executive compensation. On the surface, it is a problem of management and economics. But beneath the surface, it is a social and political problem. We need to design a mechanism that gives priority to both fairness and efficiency and attach much importance to social fairness.
