鞍钢热熔钢渣处理技术研究进展

摘要 对鞍钢现有热熔钢渣处理工艺进行了介绍,分别对鞍钢现有热泼工艺和闷渣生产工艺的特点进行了分析,并对处理后钢渣性能进行了对比研究,结果表明,热闷工艺可明显降低钢渣中的f-CaO等不安定性物质,渣铁分离效果明显,但处理后钢渣的f-CaO仍高于2%,还需进一步风化后才能直接应用于建材行业。 This paper introduces the current treatment processes on hot-melt steel slag in Angang,and analyzes the characteristics of the hot splashing technology and the hot disintegration technology respectively,and then the comparative study on the performances of treated steel slag are carried out.The results show that the unstable materials such as f-CaO in steel slag can be greatly reduced by the hot disintegration technology and the separating effect of the slag separated from molten irons are obvious.However,the f-CaO in treated steel slag is still higher than 2%,so it can't be directly used as building materials in the building industry until it will be further treated by weathering.
