深脱硫炉渣研究

摘要 对硫含量检测方法及不同工艺生产路线进行了对比研究,提出了在目前的工艺条件下可进一步增加石灰的使用量以增加渣中碱度的具体措施;结合炉渣成分的检测结果,指出VD在整套脱硫系统中的脱硫效率有限,LF完成主要的脱硫任务,在造好LF脱硫渣的前提下可实现LD-LF-CC的深脱硫工艺生产路线。 Carrying out the comparative study on test method for determining the content of sulphur and different desulfurization processes,concrete measures for further adding more limes to increase the basicity in the slag are proposed in consideration of the existing desulfurization process.Based on the results for testing the compositions in the slag,it is concluded that the desulphurization efficiency by VD is restricted,and the desulphurization is operated mainly by LF acctully and therefore the deep desulphurization by LD-LF-CC can be achieved only if the desulphurization slag is ready.
