摘要
通过向钢中添加Nb、V、Ti等微合金元素和采用TMCP工艺,开发出符合ABS、CCS、DNV等九国船级社认证规范的海洋平台用钢EH40-Z35。产品具有良好的抗层状撕裂性、低冷裂纹敏感性以及良好的焊接性能和低温韧性。
By adding such micro-alloying elements as Nb,V and Ti into hot molten steel and using TMCP technology,the steel EH40-Z35 for offshore platforms is developed and produced,which meets the certified specifications specified by 9 classification societies such as ABS,CCS and DNV.The product has good resistance to lamellar tearing,low cold cracking sensitivity and good weldability and low temperature toughness.
