摘要
介绍了鞍钢5500 mm宽厚板生产线剪切线主要设备配置和剪切模型的基本结构及功能。剪切模型综合考虑了设备能力、钢板镰刀弯、剪刃间隙、钢板温度补偿等限制条件,能够精确计算钢板的切头尾量、轧制大板的宽度及长度。利用平面形状检测仪检测数据,通过剪切模型在线计算,实现了切头剪剪切位置的自动设定。
The main configuration of the shearing line and the basic structure and functions of the shearing model applied by 5500 mm heavy plate production line are introduced.These restricted conditions such as the capability of equipment,the camber of steel plates,the gap of cutting edges,temperature compensations of steel plates are considered when the shearing model is designed and made so that the model can calculate exactly the crop ends,the width and length of rolled heavy steel plates.The shearing position of the crop shear can be set automatically based on monitoring data by the flat shaped detector and online calculating by the model.
