摘要 针对船舶航行信号灯的使用环境及其要求,研制了一种分布式航行信号灯灯丝故障监测系统,采用从站和PC机两层结构监测,监测能力为8~256个点。主站与从站、主站与PC机均采用成熟的MAX485通信电路。故障时从站立即报警,并将故障航行信号灯状态数据发送到主站;主站分析处理后将故障航行信号灯的状态数据传送到PC机;PC机的人机界面直观地显示出故障航行信号灯的位置和发生时间等信息。该分布式的航行信号灯灯丝故障监测系统已成功应用,能有效监测航行信号灯的航行灯状态与故障报警,并能快速、准确地查出故障点,及时维护航船的航行信号灯。 For the environment of using the navigation lights and its requirement, a distributed fault monitor system on the navigation light's filament is developed. A double-deck architecture of slave station and PC is employed to monitor in the system, and it can monitor 8 to 256 points. The mature MAX485 communication circuit is adopted not only in communication between the master and the slave, but also the master and PC. When the navigation light's filament is in a state of broken wire, the slave station will give an alarm and send the sta- tus data of the navigation lights to the master station immediately. Then the master station will send these re- ceived data to PC after being processed, PC will display the related information of the faulty lights, such as the position and the time and so on. The system has been successfully applied in practice, and can effectively monitor the state of the navigation lights and give the alarm when in fault. In addition, the position of fault can be quickly and accurately traced, and the navigation lights with the monitor system timely maintained.
