从家乐福现象看我国零供关系

A Study on Chinese Retailer-Supplier Relationship from Carrefour Phenomenon

以家乐福为例,分析了零售商和供应商矛盾产生的深层原因,认为零供关系紧张的根本原因在于零售商畸形的盈利模式,零供关系中零售商和供应商地位的不平等以及我国市场法制不够健全。解决零供矛盾需要政府、零售商和供应商的共同努力。一方面政府要制定更加完善的法律法律,加强市场监管;另一方面供应商要不断增强自身力量,同时零售商也要变革盈利模式,与供应商建立合作共赢的零供关系。

Taking the case of Carrefour,this paper analyzes the root causes of the conflict between retailers and suppliers.It finds that the sharply increasing conflicts are involved with the abnormal profit mode of retailers,the unequal relationship between retailers and suppliers,and the imperfect legal system on China＇s market.The practical solution to retail-supplier conflicts should rely on the joint efforts of government,retailers and suppliers.On one hand,government should formulate perfect laws and regulations to strengthen the market supervision.On the other hand,suppliers need to improve themselves constantly and retailers should change their profit mode to build a win-win retailer-supplier relationship.
