制度质量与追赶型增长——基于中国省域经济的实证研究

Quality of Rule and Catching-up Growth: A Study Based on China's Province Data

从制度质量的视角出发,探讨了中国省域经济的追赶型增长。研究发现,中国各省市之间并不存在后发追赶的总体趋势,具有相似制度质量的地区内部存在俱乐部追赶态势。制度质量总体上推动了中国各省市经济的增长,制度质量较低的中西部地区通过专利形式的自主研发更能拉动经济增长,制度质量较高的东部地区从FDI和国内技术市场交易中获得了更大的溢出效应。

In the perspective of the quality of rule,this study discusses the catching-up growth of China＇s provinces.The research finds that there isn＇t a general trend of catch-up from late-development economy but the regions with similar quality of rule show a club catching trend.Generally speaking,the quality of rule has improved the growth of China＇s provinces.The mid-west regions with low quality of rule can promote the economic growth by way of patent on their own innovation,while the eastern region with high quality of rule can receive more spillover effect from FDI and the domestic market of technology.
