自拟芪及愈溃汤治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的疗效观察及辨证施护

Curative Effect Observation and Dialectical Nursing on Qiji Yukui Decoctionon Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

[目的]观察自拟芪及愈溃汤配合辨证施护治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的疗效。[方法]应用自拟芪及愈溃汤治疗50例消化性溃疡(脾胃虚寒型)患者,并配合辨证施护,中药每天1剂,20天为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。[结果]治愈38例,好转8例,未愈4例,总有效率为92%。[结论]自拟芪及愈溃汤配合辨证施护治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡疗效满意。

[Objective] To observe the effect of Qiji Yukui Decoction with Dialectical Nursing on treatment of peptic ulcer of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.[Method]Qiji Yukui Decoction,together with Dialectical Nursing,was applied to treat 50 cases of peptic ulcer(deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type).The decoction was administrated once a day for two courses,with 20 days a course.From the aspects of emotion,diet and life,patients would receive better nursing.[Results]Cured 38 cases,8 cases improved,healed in 4 cases,total effective rate was 92%.[Conclusion]The effect of Qiji Yukui Decoction with Dialectical Nursing on treatment of peptic ulcer of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type was satisfied.
