摘要
由于TRT静叶控制对于整个装置的安全、高效运行及高炉顶压调节起至关重要的作用,因此TRT静叶控制的优劣成为实现系统自动控制的关键技术之一,针对9#TRT静叶控制程序存在的缺陷,结合ZSA伺服控制器的工作原理,对控制程序进行优化,实现了静叶控制的无扰动切换及静叶反馈断线保护。
Since TRT fixed blade control plays a vital role in the whole equipment's safety, high-efficient operation and blast furnace top pressure regulating, the quality of TRT fixed blade control becomes one of the key technologies for realizing automation control. In connection with existing defects of 9#TRT fixed blade control program, based on working principles of ZSA servo controller, the paper has optimized control program and realized undisturbed switching and fixed blade feedback disconnection protection for fixed blade control.
