高职院校思想政治教育应该重视思想政治教育工作者的非权力影响力。它是思想政治教育工作者影响力的内在因素,是搞好各项工作的坚实基础,具有非常重要的作用。因此,要做好当前高职院校的思想政治工作,必须提高思想政治教育工作者的整体素质,充分发挥非权力影响力的作用,进一步提高高职院校思想教育工作的水平。

The ideological and political education of higher vocational school should stress non-authority influence for the ideological and political education educators.It＇s the internal factors of influence for the ideological and political education educators and the foundation of doing well various sorts of work,it plays a very important role.So if we want to complete the ideological and political education of the vocational school,we must promote the overall quality of the educators,make full advantage of non-authority influence,and increase the working capability of ideological and political education educators.
