摘要
介绍了运行中碰到的一例真空断路器真空度失效故障,通过分析设备发生故障时所表现出的异常现象,运用外观检查、电气试验、真空度定量测量等诊断方法查找故障原因和部位,经综合分析判断,准确地找到了故障原因和部位,消除了故障隐患。指出真空度失效故障的主要原因为产品工艺不良造成,强调了真空度定量检测的重要性,并给出相应的改进措施。
Introduction was made to one case of vacuum switch vacuum degree failure malfunction in operation. Analysis was made to the abnormal phenomenon when the equipment malfunction happened. By outer inspection, electrical test and vacuum degree quantitative measurement etc diagnostic methods the malfunction place and reasons were found out so as to eliminate hidden malfunctions. It is pointed out that the malfunction of vacuum degree failure is caused by undesirable product process, the essentiality of vacuum degree quantity test is emphasized and the relevant improving measures are given.
