Introduction to Amendment Contents of Standard IEC60947-5-1:2009

Introduction was made to the amendment contents of standard IEC 60947-5-1：2009, low-voltage switchgear and controlgear–Part 5-1：Control circuit devices and switching elements–electromechanical control circuit devices, and the different content in comparison with standard GB 14048.5—2008. Analysis was made to the concrete testing methods in the two standards. This paper expatiated on the clause of rated impulse withstand voltage test and the additional terminal marking in IEC standards, describing the latest requirements of the environmental tests.
