摘要
分析了轴流风机的运行特点,指出失速和喘振是影响其安全运行的主要因素,并从理论概念和形成机理上进行了说明。根据它们的特性表现规律,明确了其区别与联系。在对可能造成失速和喘振现象发生的原因分析中,提出有效地防范措施。以某电厂现场实际事故处理为例,通过参数变化,表现出风机发生失速和喘振时的非正常工况,并总结出有针对性地调节处理方法。
The thesis analyzed the operational features of axial-flow fan,and pointed out that stall and surge are the main factors affecting the safe operation,which are illustrated from theoretical concepts and formation mechanism.According to the regularities of their performance,the differences and relations of stall and surge are identified.On the causal analysis of stall and surge,effective measures are proposed for prevention.Take an accident treatment in a power plant as an example,by changing the parameters,the abnormal operational condition under stall and surge is presented and the treatment measures are put forward correspondingly.
