城市勘测单位建立“三标一体”管理体系的实践探索

City Survey Unit Establish the "three standard in one" Management System of the Practice Exploration

为了促进城市勘测单位管理的标准化、规范化、科学化,提升服务质量,加强环境保护,提高员工职业健康安全水平,城市勘测单位在ISO9000质量管理体系标准的基础上,融入ISO14000环境管理体系标准和OHSAS18000职业健康安全管理体系标准,建立"三标一体"管理体系已势在必行。本文简要介绍了城市勘测单位建立"三标一体"管理体系的作用、方法及重点和难点等。

In order to promote the city survey unit management standardization and scientific,enhance service quality,strengthen environmental protection,improve employee occupational health and safety level,city survey unit in ISO9000 quality management system standards,and on the basis of into ISO14000 environmental management system standards and the OHSAS18000 occupational health and safety management system standards,establish the ＂three standard in one＂management system is imperative.This paper briefly introduced the city survey unit set up the ＂three standard in one＂ management system function,method and key and difficult,etc.
