攀枝花干热河谷三角梅扦插繁育研究 被引量:6

摘要 三角梅扦插繁殖试验在攀枝花干热河谷区开展。在ABT-1#100 mg.L-1 3 h浸泡的径级试验处理中,枝条粗度与成活率成正相关,当枝径小于5 mm时三角梅扦插成活率较低,当枝径大于10 mm时,成活率大于88.4%。因此,在进行三角梅扦插育苗时,应尽量选取枝径较大的枝条,以保证成活率。而用不同激素不同浓度处理三角梅枝条试验中,ABT-1#、α-NAA、IBA处理效果明显优于对照组(水处理),成活率最高达到92.8%。而3种激素处理对比,IBA和α-NAA适合用于三角梅扦插繁殖。结合成活率和生根数,IBA100 mg.L-1扦插效果最好。 Cutting propagation of Bougainvillea spectabilis was carried on in dry hot valleys of Panzhihua. The branch diameter had a positive correlation with survival rate when cutting branches had been dipped in the ABT - 1# 100 mg · L^-1 for 3 h. The survival rate was up to 88.4% when the branch diameter was more greater than 10 mm, but if less than 5 mm, the survival was rather low. Results showed that the treatment with IBA 100 mg · L^-1 could get the best effect and the survival rate coult be up to 92.8%. The effect of 3 different rooting accelerators( ABT- l#,α -NAA,IBA) for separate using 3 concentrations obviously was more effective than the contrast.
