摘要
本文对薯蓣皂甙元醇提法的皂甙提取工艺进行了优化研究,对提取温度、料液比、提取时间、乙醇浓度在单因素的基础上进行了正交实验优化,得到最佳提取条件为50℃,料液比为1:14,提取时间为7h,乙醇浓度为70%,根据最优条件进行验证实验,薯蓣皂甙平均提取率可达91.81%。
The ethanol extraction process conditions of saponin in process of diosgenin were studied,including extraction temperature,ratio between material and liquid,extraction time and ethanol concentration.Through orthogonal experiment,the optimal conditions were determined: 50℃,the materials-liquid ratio of 1:14,80% ethanol,extraction time of 7 hours,according to the optimized conditions,the average extraction rate could be 91.81%.
