摘要
为了在西藏林芝分离出产弹性蛋白酶的嗜碱性芽孢杆菌,对西藏林芝八一屠宰场的土壤及污水采样并分离嗜碱性芽孢杆菌。以水解弹性蛋白形成透明圈直径与菌径之比(HC)最大的菌株作为研究对象,对弹性蛋白平板水解的透明圈直径和菌径进行测量,对其形态特征、生理生化特征方面进行鉴定。研究结果表明:据个体形态特征、生理生化特征,所分离出的菌株鉴定为嗜碱性芽孢杆菌;pH10.0的弹性蛋白平板HC=1.79,pH8.5的弹性蛋白平板HC=3.71。
To isolate bacillus alcalophilus which producing Elastase in Nyingchi of Tibet,this study taked examples in the slaughterhouse's soil and sewage of Bayi Town in Nyingchi,and isolated it.The ratio(HC) of Hydrolysis of elastin formed transparent circle diameter to the diameter of the colony is the largest as research object.Transparent circle diameter and the diameter of the clony were measured on plate hydrolysis of elastin.It was identificated in term of morphology characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics.The results showed that the strain of bacteria which was isolated was identified as bacillus alcalophilus according to the morphologic,physiological and biochemistric characteristics.HC values were respectively 1.79 and 3.71 on the pH10.0 and pH8.5 plates hydrolysis of elastin.
