摘要
通过应用IBA和ABT1号2种植物生长调节剂及其不同浓度配比和处理时间对中间锦鸡儿插穗进行扦插繁殖试验,结果表明:IBA对中间锦鸡儿的扦插效果优于ABT1号生根粉;IBA 200 ppm处理12 h最适合中间锦鸡儿扦插繁殖。
Two kinds of were used in the test of ragana intermedia with plant growth regulators （IBA and ABT1 ） with different concentrations and treatment time cutting propagation of Caragana intermedia. The results showed that the cutting effect of Ca- IBA was better than ABT1, and it＇ s the best way of cutting propagation for Caragana inter-media treated with 200 ppm IBA after 12 hours.
