摘要
为确保大米中镉含量测定结果的可靠性,依据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对石墨炉原子吸收法测定大米镉含量过程中可能带来不确定度的各因素进行了详尽分析,找出了影响测定结果可靠性的主要因素,对在镉含量测定的实际工作中有效控制各影响因素具有积极的指导作用。
In order to insure the reliability of determination result of cadium（Cd） in rice,according to JJF1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,it has analysed all factors that could bring uncertainty in the measurement of Cd,and discovered the major factors that would influence the reliability of result.It plays an active and instructive role in effective control of all influence factors in the measurement of cadmium content.
