天然沸石负载金属单质W改性TiO_2膜的制备及光催化性能研究

摘要 以天然沸石作载体,在溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2时直接掺入金属单质W进行改性,并在真空条件下煅烧制备沸石负载W/TiO2薄膜。在紫外光照射下降解甲基橙溶液,改性后的TiO2一阶反应速率常数k比未改性TiO2高,其光催化活性得到改善。 Titania film was prepared by the sol-gel method,which was basing on natural zeolite substrate.A titania film sample was doped with W metal ions during the preparing process,and the sample was calcined by a vacuum furnace later.Photo-degradation experiment was carried out under UV-light in the methyl orange solution,the result indicated the dynamics reaction constant k of W/TiO2 was higher than those of the pure titania films under UV light,namely,the photocatalytic ability of TiO2 films under UV-light was enhanced after doping with metal W.
