不同导电剂对锌镍电池中锌电极性能影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文采用常规电化学测试,研究了添加铜、镍和石墨对锌电极电化学性能的影响。电化学测试结果表明,添加铜的锌电极具有较高的放电容量,较好的循环稳定性以及较稳定的中值电压。通过比较不同铜添加量对锌电极性能的影响,确定了铜的最适宜添加量为5%(质量)。恒电位极化测试证明,添加铜的锌电极不仅腐蚀电位提高,而且腐蚀电流明显降低,说明采用铜做导电剂提高了锌电极在碱性电解液中的耐蚀性能。 In this paper,the electrochemical performances of zinc electrode(including copper,nickel and graphite) were studied.The results show that,the electrode including copper shows maximum discharge capacities,better charge/discharge cycling stability and steady median potential.The effects of different copper concentration on the electrode were also investigated.The appropriate concentration of copper is 5%(wt).The potentiostatic polarization results showed that not only the corrosion potential increased,but also the corrosion current density decreased remarkably.So the corrosion resistance of zinc electrode including copper is improved.
