安子合剂治疗先兆流产临床研究

Clinical Evaluation of An Zi Mixture's Effects on Treating Threatened Abortion

目的观察中药安子合剂治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法选择90例脾肾两虚、血热夹瘀型的先兆流产患者为观察对象,对其中药组40例采用安子合剂口服,中西药组20例采用安子合剂口服加黄体酮或/和绒毛膜促性腺激素肌注,西药组30例采用黄体酮或/和绒毛膜促性腺激素肌注的方法进行治疗。结果中药组临床治疗的痊愈率为85.0%,总有效率(即保胎成功率)为90.0%,疗效等同于中西药组(90.0%),而明显优于西药组(73.3%),差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯用中药安子合剂治疗先兆流产,临床疗效显著,不仅能明显改善临床症状,而且能促进孕早期激素的增长和维持胎儿成形后的平稳下降,从而保证了胚胎的正常发育。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Anzi Mixture on threatened abortion.METHODS 90 patients of threatened abortion with the spleen and kidney deficiency complicated with blood heat and stasis were selected and were divided into three groups,the herbal treatment group（40 cases） treated by Anzi Mixture,the integrative medicine therapy group（20 cases） treated by both Anzi Mixture and progesterone and/or human chorionic gonadotropin（HCG）,and the western medicine group（30 cases） treated by progesterone and/or HCG.RESULTS The cure rate of the herbal treatment group was 85.0%,the total effective rate was 90.0%,equal to that in the integrative medicine therapy group（90%）,higher than the Western medicine group（73.3%）,significant difference between the the herbal treatment group and the Western medicine group.CONCLUSION It is indicated that Anzi Mixture has significant therapeutic effect on threatened abortion.Anzi Mixture can improve clinical symptoms,increase the hormone level of early pregnancy,decrease the hormone level smoothly in the foetal period,and ensure normal embryonic development.
