摘要
目的研究远志属药用植物瓜子金的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶柱色谱分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和波谱技术分析进行结构鉴定。结果从远志属药用植物瓜子金中分离得到9个化合物,其结构鉴定为二十四烷酸(lignoceric acid,Ⅰ),二十二烷酸(docosanoic acid,Ⅱ),十六烷酸(n-Hexadecanoic acid,Ⅲ),菠甾醇-葡萄糖苷(!-spinas-teryl"-D-glucoside,Ⅳ),鼠李柠檬素(rhamnocitrin,Ⅴ),3,5-二羟基-7,4#-二甲氧基-黄酮-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(3,5-di-hydroxy-7,4#-dimethoxy-flavone-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside,Ⅵ),3,5,3#-三羟基-7,4#-二甲氧基-黄酮-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(3,5,3#-trihydroxy-7,4#-dimethoxy-flavone-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside,Ⅶ),鼠李柠檬素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(rham-nocitrin 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside,Ⅷ),鼠李亭-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(rhamnetin 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside,Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅰ-Ⅴ为首次从该植物分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of medicinal herb Polygala japonica from polygalaceae.METHODS The compounds were isolated by silica gel and sephadex gel column chromatography,and their structures were determined by physiochemical constant determination and spectral analysis.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were respectively lignoceric acid(Ⅰ),docosanoic acid(Ⅱ),n-Hexadecanoic acid(Ⅲ),α-spinasteryl β-D-glucoside(Ⅳ),rhamnocitrin(Ⅴ),3,5-dihydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxy-flavone-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(Ⅵ),3,5,3'-trihydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxy-flavone-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(Ⅶ),rhamnocitrin 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(Ⅷ),rhamnetin 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(Ⅸ).CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅴare isolated from this plant for the first time.
