玄参HPCE指纹图谱的研究

Study on HPCE Fingerprint of Scrophulariae Radix

目的建立玄参HPCE指纹图谱分析方法,评价玄参药材的质量。方法用HPCE技术对玄参进行分析,测定其指纹图谱,并作模糊聚类法分析和相似度评价。结果初步建立了以9个共有峰为特征指纹信息的HPCE指纹图谱;发现少数样品玄参HPCE指纹图谱有一定差异。结论方法准确可靠,重现性好,可作为玄参内在质量评价的依据。

OBJECTIVE To establish the analytical method for the fingerprint of Scrophulariae Radix by HPCE and estimate the quality of Scrophulariae Radix.METHODS Scrophulariae Radix was analyzed and the chromatographic fingerprint was determined by HPCE.The data were analysed by Fuzzy Cluster and Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software to compare the similarity of samples.RESULTS HPCE fingerprint of 9 main peaks was established preliminarily.It was discovered that certain differences exist among a small number of samples.CONCLUSION The method is reliable,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Scrophulariae Radix.
