胆木注射液中2种主要生物碱的质谱裂解行为解析及HPLC含量测评 被引量:8

摘要 目的采用质谱技术对胆木注射液中2种主要生物碱进行定性分析,并以HPLC测评其含量。方法在正离子模式下,以电喷雾离子源分析了胆木注射液中异长春花苷内酰胺和短小蛇根草苷的质谱裂解行为;采用HPLC测定了胆木注射液中异长春花苷内酰胺的含量,以异长春花苷内酰胺为参照,评估了短小蛇根草苷的含量。结果解析了胆木注射液中异长春花苷内酰胺和短小蛇根草苷的质谱碎片,并测评了上述2种成分的含量。结论获得了胆木注射液中主要生物碱的质谱断裂特点和含量,为胆木注射液的质量控制和再评价提供研究依据。 OBJECTIVE To study dissociation laws of two major alkaloids by electrospray ionization(ESI) mass spectrometry and to determine the content of the two alkaloids by HPLC in Danmu Injection.METHODS By setting ESI source at the positive ionization mode,the MS spectra of strictosamide and pumiloside were acquired.HPLC was applied for quantitative analysis of strictosamide and the evaluation of the pumiloside's content in Danmu Injection.RESULTS The main fragments of strictosamide and pumiloside in Danmu Injection were analyzed,and their contents in Danmu Injection were finally determined.CONCLUSION The profiles of fragments and the contents of the two alkaloids are of significant assistant to set quality criteria and quality evaluation of Danmu Injection.
