摘要
利用冲压模拟软件Dynaform 5.7对Fe-Mn-Si-Al系孪晶诱发塑性(TWIP)钢圆筒件成形进行冲压有限元模拟,获得试验用钢的极限拉深系数,并在小松H1F-60型压力机上对模拟结果进行了实际冲压验证.研究表明:极限拉深系数的模拟值和实际冲压值有一定的误差,这主要是由于Dynaform软件材料库中建立的加工硬化值不能完全反映实际材料的性能参数.
The finite element simulation of stamping forming for the Fe-Mn-Si-A1 twinning induced plasticity (TWIP) steel cylindrical pieces was conducted by software Dynaform 5.7 and the limit drawing coefficient of the sample steel was obtained, then the simulated result was verified on Komatsu H1F60 type press. The result shows that the simulated and the actual values of the limit drawing coefficient have a certain difference,the main reason is that the value of work hardening in the materials library of Dynaform software can not reflect the actual material property parameter.
