Design and Development of Health Cost Analysis and Estimation System Based on R Language

在健康成本统计分析与测算过程中,利用一般的统计分析工具进行数据处理步骤很繁琐,且缺乏统一的数据管理与共享,容易导致数据的不一致.浏览器/服务器(B/S)架构下的健康成本测算分析系统,基于R语言统计环境,采用Rapache实现Apache服务器与R语言系统的功能函数调用接口,结合多种R扩展包与ExtJS组件,依照模型、视图、控制器(MVC)的系统结构,设计了灵活扩展的指标管理结构和系统模块化管理,具有数据管理、多种统计分析功能和R语言扩展接口功能,为健康成本测算分析提供了高效的统计分析管理平台.

In the process of health cost statistical analysis and estimation, the data processing steps with general statistical analysis tools are usually complicated,lacking of unified data management and data sharing,data inconsistency may easily occur. Based on the R language statistical environment,a health cost statistical analysis and estimation system under the B/S structure was built,the function call interface for the Apache server and the R language system was achieved by Rapache. With combination of various R expansion packs and ExtJS components, flexible expanding indicator management structure and modularized system management were designed according to the MVC system architecture,which has functions of data management, statistical analysis and Rex pansion interface. The system provides an efficient statistical analysis and the management platform for health cost analysis and estimation.
