都市老人的休闲偏好与休闲制约研究

The Research of the Urban Elderly's Leisure Preferences and Restriction

在对成都市老年人休闲活动进行抽样问卷调查的基础上,运用结构方程模型(SEM)通过直接观测外显变量来定量研究老年人的休闲偏好。结果显示在老年人的休闲偏好中,经济特征非决定性因素,而社会特征和人口特征则与之高度相关;老年人有增加休闲支出的意愿,休闲方式正向更高层次演变。所以应以社会特征来区分不同层次的老年消费者,向他们提供适应其需求变化、各具特色、性价比突出的休闲产品。

According to the sample survey of leisure activity in Chengdu, the paper uses the structural equation model to research the elderly＇s leisure activity through direct observation explicit variables. The resuh shows that the economics characteristics are not the decisive factor, but social and population characteristics are intensively bound to leisure desire. They are willing to increase the expenditure for leisure entertainment, and they are also changing the leisure manners. There fore it is necessary to actively analyze the elderly＇s leisure psychology and distinguish the different consumers, in order to adapt to the changing needs and offer different products.
