摘要
阐述以dsPIC30F6010数据处理器为控制核心的CO2焊逆变电源控制系统的结构和硬件电路原理.设计了焊接过程的控制软件,并使用数字PID控制算法实现焊接电源等速送丝与恒压外特性控制.
The paper elaborates on the structure and working principle of hardware circuit of power control system of CO2 Welding Inverter with dsPIC30F6010 digital signal processing(DSP) as its central controller.The control software of welding process is designed.The digital PID control algorithm is used to achieve equal speed and power character control.
