摘要
建立高效的指导关系正越来越成为许多组织对新入职员工培训的重要手段。在高校教师间建立正式的指导关系有助于广大青年教师的快速成长。研究者在分析指导关系构建中存在问题的基础上提出了相应的措施建议。
Establishing an effective mentoring relationship has ever been a primary approach to training new staff in various organizations. It is also good for young teachers' development to set up a formal mentoring relationship among teachers in colleges and universities. Researchers analyze some problems about its formation and then offer some relevant proposals.
