工学结合视域下高职文秘专业实践教学优化探析

On Teaching Optimization of Secretary Specialty in Higher Vocational Institutes under the Sight of Work-learning Union

高职教育招生和就业的困难使得其人才培养模式的改革迫在眉睫,工学结合的人才培养模式应运而生。在这种背景下,高职文秘专业的实践教学出现了新的状况。从课内实践、校内实训和企业实习三个方面来优化实践教学工作使之适应工学结合培养模式,是一个很好的提升其实效性研究思路。

Bottleneck plight of admission and employment in higher vocational education is urging the reform of talent-training mode, and the pattern of work-learning union is emerging as the times demand. Under this background, there are new situation and plights in practical teaching of secretary specialty. Its optimization from three aspects of classroom practice, school practice and enterprise practice is a good researching train of thought to raise its efficiency.
