摘要
将蜂窝结构涤纶纤维与普通涤纶纤维分别在NaOH(质量分数1%、2%和3%)、NaClO(质量分数1%、2%和3%)、H2SO4(质量分数50%、80%和98%)和0.5%洗衣粉等化学溶液中作分解性能分析,探讨不同质量分数、不同温度(常温到沸腾)下各纤维可分解性及分解速率差异。研究发现质量分数、温度和反应时间都能显著影响纤维分解速率,但NaOH质量分数因素占主导,H2SO4温度因素占主导,同时蜂窝结构涤纶纤维分解速率明显高于普通涤纶纤维。
The decomposability of honeycomb microporous structure polyester and normal polyester fiber were analyzed in these chemical solutions, such as NaOH (concentration 1%, 2 % and 3 %), NaC10 (concentration 1%, 2 % and 3 %), H2SO4 (concentration 50 %, 80 % and 98 %) and 0.5% washing powder with various temperature(from room temperature to boiling temperature).Results show that temperature, concentration, and reaction time can influence decomposition velocity, but the concentration of NaOH dominates leading function, while the leading is the temperature factors in H2SO4 solution. At the same time, the decomposition velocity of honeycomb microporous structure polyester is significantly higher than the velocity of normal polyester fiber.
