重庆丝绸工业“十二五”发展初探

Preliminary approach to development of the National 12th Five Year Development Plan on silk industry in Chongqing

回顾了重庆丝绸工业在"十一五"期间所取得的成绩,为"十二五"发展奠定的物质基础,并从政策支撑、劳动力供给、产品发展、人才科技四方面分析了重庆丝绸工业的发展潜力所在,结合各项设备产能指标和当前社会经济的发展水平,预期各项产能水平和价格走势,对重庆丝绸工业"十二五"的发展目标进行探索,提出了措施建议。

This paper reviewed the achievements of silk industry in Chongqing during ＂the National 1 lth Five Year Development Plan＂, which laid the material foundation for ＂the National 12th Five Year Development Plan＂. It analyzed the potential of silk industry in Chongqing from four areas which were policy support, labor supply, product development, talent and technology. It also expected the production levels and price movements and explored preliminarily the development of the National 12th Five Year Development Plan on silk industry in Chongqing, and some suggestions were given.
