髋关节一过性骨髓水肿综合征的MRI表现 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨髋关节一过性骨髓水肿综合征(TBMES)的MRI表现,提高其诊断及鉴别诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经MRI检查及临床治疗随访证实7例TBMES的MRI表现。结果 7例患者均为单侧髋关节病变。右侧6例,左侧1例;病变累及股骨头颈及粗隆6例(1例合并累及髋臼),另1例累及股骨头颈;均呈T1WI低T2WI高等信号,脂肪抑制像呈高信号;3例合并关节囊内少量积液,7例股骨头形态均正常。6例6个月后复查MR,其病灶消失。结论充分认识TBMES的MRI表现,有利于临床正确诊断,减少误诊。
