为了促进高职院校的教学改革的发展,教学管理模式必须要创新。本文试图运用权变管理、柔性管理、人本管理等一些现代化的管理思想,结合高职院校教学管理工作的实际作一些思考和探索。

Teaching management mode ought to be innovated in order to promote teaching reform and development. Applying some modern managing thoughts such as contingency management, flexible management, humanistic management, etc., the author carries out research and exploration in higher vocational teaching management.
