旅游饭店对专业顶岗实习生的管理现状及对策研究

On the Current Management Situation and Counter-measures of Students'Pre-graduation Training for Hotels

目前职业院校均把顶岗实习列入人才培养方案,但是在实践过程中,学生、企业、学校都遇到了一些问题,影响了顶岗实习的效果。本文以高职旅游管理专业学生在旅游饭店顶岗实习为例,从旅游饭店的角度,分析目前饭店对顶岗实习生管理上存在的一些不足,探讨如何做好顶岗实习生的管理,以期对改善旅游饭店顶岗实习生高流失现象做出有益的探索,从而为旅游饭店贮备高素质技能型人才打基础。

Currently, higher vocational colleges have put pregraduation training into their talents - cultivation plan. But in reality, some problems have arisen among students, enterprises and college itself. With some practical cases, this essay analyzed the problems in this aspect and put forward some measures for its management, which can improve the high out - flow rate of these students and reserve qualified technical talents for hotels.
